By accessing and using the services provided by Venture Domain Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Venture Domain Hosting provides managed IT services including cloud hosting, virtual private servers, domain registration, enterprise email solutions, cybersecurity, and business consultancy. Specific service details are available upon request. All pricing is provided on a quotation basis and is subject to individual agreements.
Uptime Guarantee
We provide a 99.999% uptime guarantee for Advanced Enterprise Email Security (AEES) servers. Our servers have maintained 100% uptime since 2005. Service level agreements may vary depending on the specific service package selected.
Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit encryption at rest and in transit, advanced anti-spam protection, and multi-layered backup systems. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
SME Grants
Certain services may be subsidised by SME Grants. Grant eligibility and approval are subject to the relevant government agencies' terms and conditions. Venture Domain Hosting acts as an appointed agent to facilitate grant applications but does not guarantee grant approval.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Domain Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Venture Domain Hosting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
